Day Two

Today was day two.  I again was Me Paleo all day.  I also did crossfit today.
We worked on wall balls  (I used a 14 pound ball)
and push jerks   (I went up to 70 pounds)


Then our WOD (Workout of the Day:
3 rounds for max reps
45 seconds on 15 seconds off
Clusters (I did 55 pounds)
Burpees
Double Unders (I did singles)

My total reps were 242.

Then I took the OLY class (Olympic Lifting)
I worked on my kip swings (which will hopefully lead to a kipping pull-up one day)
Then I worked on my deadlift.  Right now my max rep for deadlift is 185 so i did 5 reps of  55%, 65% and 75% of that.

I ate dinner after school around 4:30.  Then after crossfit I was hungry so i ate a bag of veggies that i prepared this weekend and a glass of almond milk.

I also woke up earlier this morning and had time to get breakfast!  

I need to work on drinking more water tomorrow.
