To get ready for my "last" diet attempt, I did a lot of cooking. I am a special education teacher and also go to grad school during the week so I need foods that i can grab and bring with me. I made
this tuna salad with out the mustard and a chicken stir fry with a veggie tomato sauce. Although dairy is not typically a paleo food i have decided to eat Greek non-fat yogurt once a day. Osteoporosis runs in my family and i think it is important for me to eat some dairy. I prepared baggies of fruit to mix in with my yogurt in the morning.
