I have been on the weight loss battle for the past 8 years. I gain and lose and gain and lose weight more times than I can count. Tomorrow, January 9th 2012 begins a lot of "lasts" for me. I am entering my "last" semester of grad school and beginning my (hopefully) "last" semester of teaching as a non-tenured teacher. (I hope to be tenured in the beginning of next school year.) I have also decided that this is the last time I will begin a diet and stop it before i reach my goal weight.
I decided to name my blog, "My Wish" after the wonderful Rascall Flatts song. It is my wish to reach my goal weight. I am 5'3'' and currently weight 170 pounds. My goal is to get to 149 pounds. This 149 pounds is still high for my height however it is a goal that I feel to be ideal for me. I don't need to be the thinnest women in the world, I just want to be healthy.
I plan to reach my goal by eating a majority of Paleo foods and doing crossfit as many days as possible.
I will use this blog to record my journey to "My Wish." Come along me with and share your journey as well!
